The 2^nd GI-CoRE Summer School for Radiation Biology was jointly conducted with Radiation Biology School which is one of the courses offered by Hokkaido Summer Institute (HSI) from 19^th  to 22^nd August 2019. The Summer School and HSI welcomed 13 participants from different countries: Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Brazil and Japan. While HSI-Radiation Biology School was open for graduate students, the GI-CoRE summer school was open for early career researchers such as doctors, physicians, etc. This year, some of the chapters were jointly conducted with Medical Physics course and were lectured by renowned professors and doctors. During the course, we have provided lecture style class, experimental lab, research presentation and discussion, also visited The Proton Beam Therapy Center of Hokkaido University Hospital. All the participants successfully completed the course and were awarded Certificate of Completion on the last day. We would like to thank all the participants and the lecturers for taking part in the summer school and HSI -Radiation Biology School. 【2019】 Survey on the GI-CoRE Summer School 2019         The 3^rd HSI  -Radiation Biology School will be organized again next year.
