【Report】The 4th GI-CoRE Summer School for Medical Physics enjoys successful year
The 4th GI-CoRE Summer School for Medical Physic took place between 21 – 25 August 2017 and enjoyed a big success with 36 participants from 15 different countries: USA, UK, China, Spain, Netherlands, Australia, India, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Ghana, Nigeria, Colombia and Japan. In comparison to the participants in the past years, the summer school welcomed the largest number of participants with different social backgrounds, i.e. undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students, researchers, physician and medical physicists. All the participants successfully completed the course and were awarded a certificate of completion on the last day of the course. We would like to thank all the participants and the lecturers for taking part in the summer school and making it very special one.
