Monday, May 22nd, as part of the international exchange program of the Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, an obstetrics and gynecologist from Frankfurt, Germany, visited Hokkaido University Hospital. Associate Professor Takayuki Hashimoto of the Global Center for Biomedical Science and Engineering showed her around the Proton Beam Therapy Center, along with some gynecologists from Hokkaido University Hospital and some medical students at Hokkaido University School of Medicine.
