The Global Center for Biomedical Science and Engineering organized \"GCB Special Seminar\" on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. This time, we welcomed Dr. Elizabeth Kidd of the Department of Radiation Oncology, Stanford University School of Medicine as a special speaker, gave a lecture on \u201cMoving the Needle: 3D Printed and Customized Tools for Gynecologic Brachytherapy\u201d. Dr. Rumiko Kinoshita from the Department of Radiation Therapy, Hokkaido University Hospital, who is also a collaborative researcher of the GCB, introduced \" Radiation therapy for cervical cancer at Hokkaido University Hospital\" and Dr. Kidd offered some comments, leading to a fruitful discussion.<\/p>
The seminar was lived-streamed from the onsite venue at Hokkaido University and was attended by 73 participants from Japan and abroad The GCB will continue to plan various international events in the future, and we look forward to your participation and support.<\/p>
